About My Art:

My canvas is a Microsoft Surface Pro 8, my brush is an electronic stylus, and my paint is Microsoft Paint 3D. Through detailed planning and by working at magnifications ranging from 800 to 6400x, I was able to create the art you see.

All my art begins with a single line that meanders around the blank page or travels through it in a more structurally defined, right-angled fashion. The single-line width ranges from 2 to 5 pixels for the “Heart Collection,” “Circle Collection,” and “Corner Collection.” For the “Square Circle Collection,” the line is strictly three pixels wide. Depending on the brush type, the line, when magnified, may be crisply defined or have a ghosted edge. Information about each collection is in the header above the art.

The piece's name appears in the top-left corner when the cursor is over any part of the art.

Square Circle Collection:

Each piece of art in this collection begins with a single contiguous, strictly three-pixel-wide black line that begins and ends in the same place, making it a very circuitous circle. The line makes only right-angle turns and is separated from itself by a three-pixel-wide space that is colored on either side by a color. Therefore, although the black line is the most used color, it may not be the predominant color when viewed. The line is drawn by calculating the outcome of completing a square without intersection, feeling, and thought.

Heart Collection:

All art in this collection is created with a single continuous black line two to four- pixels-wide. The line does not cross or intersect with itself in any place. The unique aspect of this collection was the intention to create a heart object in the middle of each piece. The difference between each piece is the colors and the orientation of the heart.

Circle Collection:

Each piece of art in this collection begins with a single contiguous two to four-pixel-wide line that begins and ends in the same place, making it a circle. The line doesn't intersect with itself anywhere and is drawn by intuition, feeling, and thought. Each side of the line (the inside and outside of the circle) is then colored.

Corner Collection:

Each piece in this collection begins with a two to four-pixels-wide line starting from one corner and ending on the opposite corner. This design was the first type I created. The line doesn't intersect with itself anywhere and is drawn by intuition, feeling, and thought. Each side of the line is then colored.
